I would like to visit Chicago but it sounds like parents need to make sure they also bring a good book. Something you can't tell from just looking at a website too is how "user friendly" the airport is in reality (well, apart from Changi where I'm fully expecting a Disney musical a la Enchanted to be happening in full force). Something I'll be reporting back on is if they have special queues for families in customs and those kind of niceties. There's a reason that Chicago's O'Hare airport has a cool themed play area - their flights are notoriously not on schedule - and they have to keep the masses from mutiny. Is it snowing (in the Great Frozen Midwest)? All flights are canceled. Is it foggy? (Cold air from the west meet the large, warm body of water to the right.) All flights delayed until visibility clears. Is it raining?
